General

What is ViiVConnect and how can it help my patients?

ViiVConnect offers benefits verification and financial support options for your patients. Once they are enrolled, we conduct a deep dive into their health insurance benefits to determine what their plans cover. Our goal is to help them find ways to pay for their medication whether they have health insurance or not. We have several different programs to help your patients afford their medication. Depending on what medication they are prescribed, their health insurance, and their income, we offer options like the ViiVConnect patient savings programs. We also have the Alternative Site of Care (ASOC) Locator to help patients find an injection site if they need to go somewhere other than your office, or if they are traveling during their injection period.

How can I help my patients enroll in ViiVConnect?

We offer several flexible options for you to enroll your patient in ViiVConnect:

  • As a registered user of the Provider Portal
  • Online enrollment
  • Faxing the downloadable forms available in both English and Spanish to 1-844-208-7676. Forms for APRETUDE (cabotegravir), CABENUVA (cabotegravir; rilpivirine), and oral medications can be found in our resource library
Can patients enroll in ViiVConnect on their own?

Patients can initiate their own benefits verification by filling out the online or downloadable patient enrollment form. For a more guided enrollment experience, they can use the ViiVConnect Digital Assistant feature on the Patient Site.
